Is MORE Carbon Dioxide Really BETTER for plants?

One of the subtle arts of misinformation is that it almost always contains nuggets of truth. That’s what makes misinformation tough to combat, as it takes careful and thorough explanation to show exactly why the misinformation is incorrect. One great example of that is how climate change deniers will claim that increased carbon dioxide levels are actually good for plants and the environment as a whole, because those higher carbon dioxide levels lead to higher levels of photosynthesis.

The problem is, that argument is a misleading oversimplification. Please watch the video below to understand why, in the long run, higher carbon dioxide levels won’t necessarily lead to greater amounts of photosynthesis.

And as always, thank you for watching, and please subscribe to my channel, it really helps!
